Stock availability and lead times will be displayed at the time of placing the order. For pre-orders, we will confirm delivery expectations with you before processing and accepting payment. You can also contact us before making a purchase and we'll be happy to confirm availability.
As soon as you place an order you will receive a confirmation email, and we will pre-authorise your payment card, however you card will not be charged.
If the items are in stock and available for immediate dispatch, we will continue to accept payment. If any item within the order is out of stock, on pre-order, or carries a lead time for delivery, we will contact you via email to confirm whether you would like to proceed. Should you wish to cancel no payment will be taken, and the order will be closed.
We understand that convenience is key. Once your reformer is ready for dispatch, one of our courier partners will be in touch to arrange a suitable delivery date and time.
Smaller items, such as accessories, will be dispatched via local courier and typically arrive within 2-5 working days.
Deliveries may be subject to a charge depending upon the location. Please see the below table for delivery charges:
We do not offer delivery outside of mainland UK. We recommend the use of freight forwarders for any location outside of mainland UK.
All orders must be inspected fully upon arrival. Any visible damage or defects in the packaging or products supplied, or any delivery shortages, must be reported to us immediately after receipt of the goods. We recommend taking photos, or a video, to support any claims so that we can review and advise the most appropriate course of action.
Any claim made outside of 24 hours from accepting delivery may not be considered or may result in claims being partially accepted. We take no responsibility for any damage incurred while manoeuvring, installing or unpacking goods after delivery.
Collection services are only available for studio partner trials and eligible returns. There is a cost associated with this service.
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. Please refer to our refunds policy for further information. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@rpflow.co.uk.
If you are not satisfied with your Reformer you can request a return within 14 days of accepting delivery. To initiate a return you must contact us at info@rpflow.co.uk, stating your order number and the reason for return.
To be eligible for a return, the reformer and any accompanying accessories, must be:
If your return is accepted, you will notified via email and will schedule a date for collection. Please note, this will incur a non-refundable collection fee of £200.
Subject to returns meeting the above criteria, all refunds will be credited back to the original payment method only. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or to charge restocking fees where applicable, at our sole discretion.
Due to the size and weight of our wellness equipment, we do not offer refunds for any shipping or delivery charges that you may have paid, or had included within, your order. As per above, collections will incur a non-refundable collection fee of £200.
If a cancellation and refund request is made prior to the shipment of your Reformer, a processing fee of up to 5% of the total purchase amount may be deducted to cover administrative and processing costs. This fee is applied at our discretion and is intended to offset expenses incurred in handling and processing the cancellation. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this potential deduction in the event of a refund request prior to shipment.
We aim to process all refunds within 3-5 working days of accepting a return. We will confirm all refunds via email, and payments will be made to the original method of payment.
Certain products cannot be returned, such as custom orders or personalised items. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item please contact us.
We cannot accept returns on discontinued sale items. Note, discounted items (Pre-loved collection) may have been gently used as demos, returned unused, or discontinued. While these are fully functional, slight blemishes or minor imperfections may be present.
Exchanges due to change in preferences must be processed as separate orders (i.e. return of original order and a purchase of a new order) and must adhere to the above guidance. Each order will be processed independently.
If an item or part is faulty, or not fit for purpose, we may arrange a replacement to be dispatched without the need to place another order. These will be assessed on a case by case basis.
All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn from the site at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason, you will not be charged and we will give you a full refund. If you have already paid for the goods that have been withdrawn from the site the original method of payment will be credited with the refund.
REFOMER PILATES FLOW will not be liable for any third party costs, any loss, inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss, or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund made under these conditions. REFOMER PILATES FLOW shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in delivery, or any damage or defect to goods supplied that is caused by any events or circumstance beyond our reasonable control. This does not effect your statutory rights.
